After reading several reviews we switched to IXWebhosting. Since then, we have had nothing but problems with the server being down and our emails not working properly. When you try to get an answer, they send you in circles. Live chat says submit a ticket, when you submit a ticket they tell you to use Live Chat. We are in the process of looking for a new hosting company. I would not recommend IXWebhosting to anyone.
