Anonymous Im sending this review as a rebuttal to the person who said you dont lose the lbs. I am on the southbeach diet and when I finished phase 1 I had lost 8lbs. I am now currently on phase 2 of the diet and at this stage you lose the lbs a lot slower but you still losing weight. For me it's about 1 lb a week. Anyway, this diet is sound, and it makes a lot of sense. You are eating good on this diet, you never go hungry and they have receipes and a guideline to follow. I recommend this diet to anyone who is serious about losing weight and becoming healthy on the inside and out.
Anonymous I've tried lots of diets and lots of sites to help me, but I haven't found anything as helpful as this site. Not only is the information excellent, but the step by step program, the community I found, the motivation by the online nutritionists - there's just nothing else like it. Truly excellent. By the way, the books are great, too, when you need to look up something but aren't near your computer.
