The above review copies the corporate wording in their advertisements. However, I largely agree with the above statement. I followed the instructions carefully but I waited an additional 5 days beyond the minimum time for both fermentations plus I let the beer sit in the fridge for 48 hours at the end and it was as good as any commercial beer I've had. Good head, alcohol body flavor, etc. It is cloudy however but it doesn't change the taste. I'm quite enthusiastic about it. First batch took about an 90 minutes to make but second took only about 30 minutes. Hint: with a 2 quart electric tea kettle you can probably make a batch in even 20 minutes - it is a measuring device boiler and easy to sanitize.
